Online Analytics and Tailored Advertising

The Services use third-party web analytics services such as Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to analyze how you use the Services. To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

The Services also use third-party advertising technologies to serve marketing content based on your visits to our and other sites, and to measure the effectiveness of that content. Cookies may be associated with de-identified data linked to information you have submitted (e.g., a hashed email address). To control tailored advertising, visit the opt-out tools at the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), and European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance, or the Google Ads Settings page. You may still receive advertising even after opting out, but it may not be tailored to your interests. Opt-outs are device- and browser-specific and may need to be renewed if you clear cookies, switch browsers, or change devices.

Your rights regarding Personal Information

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to: access your Personal Information; receive information about how we process it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; transfer it to a third party; restrict or object to processing; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@reppedintech.co (for repped.in, reppedintech.co, reppedlabs.org, community.reppedin.tech, and app.repped.in) or contact@support.reppedswag.com (for reppedswag.com). We may request information necessary to confirm your identity before responding.

Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Repped Labs is the “data controller” of personal data handled under this Privacy Policy. Where EEA or UK law applies, we rely on the following legal grounds: contractual necessity (to honor commitments to you); your consent (which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing); legitimate interests (such as customer service, promotions, business analysis, security, fraud prevention, and managing legal issues); and legal compliance (such as tax and accounting obligations).

Residents of California

This section applies to California residents to the extent we are subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). Terms in “quotes” have the meaning given in the CCPA.

Categories of Personal Information collected

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of Personal Information: (a) Identifiers (e.g., name, email, address); (b) Internet network and device activity (e.g., device type, browser, pages visited, frequency of use); (c) Financial information (e.g., payment information held by our processors); (d) Commercial information (e.g., transactions and products purchased); (e) Learning, progress, and engagement data (collected on reppedlabs.org and app.repped.in, including enrollment, completion, in-app activity, and community participation); (f) Audio or visual information (e.g., when you contact support, attend a workshop, or participate in recorded sessions); and (g) other information you voluntarily provide.

We use these categories of Personal Information for the purposes described in “How do we use Personal Information?” above, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in “Disclosure of Personal Information” above (affiliates and subsidiaries; vendors and service providers; advertising partners; entities for legal and security purposes; entities for sales or transfer of business; and others with your consent). Financial information is disclosed only to payment processors and entities for legal and security purposes.

Sources: we collect Personal Information directly from you, through your use of the Services, from affiliates and vendors, and from other parties such as marketers and other users.

Sensitive Personal Information

We collect the following “sensitive personal information”: (a) account log-in credentials; and (b) information you voluntarily share in our community spaces, programs, workshops, or communications about your background, learning style, neurodivergence, health, or similar personal characteristics. We do not require you to share any sensitive personal information beyond your account credentials, and we do not use or disclose it other than for purposes for which you cannot opt out under the CCPA.

Your CCPA rights

You may request that we: (a) provide categories of Personal Information collected, sources, business purposes, categories of recipients and categories of information sold or shared; (b) provide access to or a copy of information we hold about you; (c) delete certain information; and (d) correct inaccurate information. You have the right to opt out of “sales” and “sharing” of personal information; the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights; and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information in certain circumstances. Some information is exempt from these requests under applicable law, and certain information must be retained to provide the Services.

“Sale” and “Sharing”

We may disclose Identifiers, Commercial information, and Internet network and device activity data to advertising partners and analytics providers, which under the CCPA may be considered a “sale” or the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To opt out, email support@reppedintech.co or contact@support.reppedswag.com, as applicable. We also honor opt-out signals sent through the Global Privacy Control (see www.globalprivacycontrol.org); these signals apply only to the device and browser on which they are made. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under 16.

To submit any CCPA request, email support@reppedintech.co or contact@support.reppedswag.com. You will be required to verify your identity. You may also designate an authorized agent with written authorization or power of attorney signed by you, but you must still verify your identity directly with us.

We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, which is a different mechanism than the Global Privacy Control. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13, and no part of the Services is directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us at support@reppedintech.co or contact@support.reppedswag.com.

Security

We use physical and electronic safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security or privacy of your Personal Information.

Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, after which we may delete or aggregate it. We may retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Consent to Transfer

We may store and process Personal Information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not own or operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any personal information with them.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, our practices, or features of the Services. We will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after an update confirms acceptance of the latest version.
